Audit Readiness

How to prepare for an onsite property tech audit

What to have ready before Coastal Tech checks access, Wi-Fi, thermostats, cameras, and admin control.

Request the audit
01

Before

Access, Wi-Fi, apps, and known issues ready.

02

Onsite

Locks, network, climate, cameras, and admin control checked.

03

After

Status notes, supportability concerns, and next steps.

The onsite audit works best when the property details are ready.

You do not need to solve every issue before the visit. You do need enough access and context for the property to be checked correctly.

What to have ready

  • check_circle Property address and access instructions.
  • check_circle Known lock, camera, thermostat, Wi-Fi, and doorbell locations.
  • check_circle Wi-Fi name and basic network access.
  • check_circle Owner or manager app access where available.
  • check_circle Known recent issues or guest complaints.
  • check_circle Any devices that may be locked to an old account.

What Coastal Tech checks

The audit reviews access reliability, Wi-Fi coverage, climate control, camera or doorbell readiness, and account ownership. The goal is a supportability baseline.

What the audit output includes

You receive device status notes, risk items, supportability concerns, and next steps. Some repairs, replacements, or unsupported devices may be quoted separately.
