These terms apply to use of this website and requests submitted to Coastal Tech. A submitted form or message starts a request. It does not confirm an appointment.
Service requests
Audit, install, realty, and residential requests are reviewed before scheduling. Scope, access, timing, and compatibility may affect whether work can be accepted.
Customer-supplied devices
Customer-supplied devices may be installed when compatible and in usable condition. Long-term support and callbacks are limited to approved devices and supported configurations.
Access and account control
Service depends on authorized property access and clear admin control. Do not send passwords, lock codes, alarm codes, or private access credentials through website forms.
Unsupported conditions
Coastal Tech does not guarantee third-party app behavior, cloud service availability, ISP service, utility service, or future compatibility for unsupported hardware.
